Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately—we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for return or refund. To start a return, email us at Info@doyouwantpaperorplastic.com with your order number and issue.
